Darwins Origin 500ml

First brewed in 2009 to celebrate the bicentennial of Charles Darwin’s birth in our home town of Shrewsbury. A copper-coloured Bitter given an international twist with an eclectic mix of new and old-world hops that give the beer its distinctive lemony aroma and dry finish.

Lemon Dream 500ml

A shimmering golden ale that is brewed using organic lemons which adds beautifully subtle zesty aromas and a citrus filled fruity finish.

Hop Twister 500ml

With a palate that is fresh, piercing and focused, complemented by soft malt overtones and pronounced citrus flavours. A strong focus of taut, lemony, grapefruit on the finish which is balanced by a dry bitterness.

Golden Thread 500ml

A bright gold ale, using wheat, lager malt, and flavoured with an infusion of aroma hops. Clean and crisp to the palate with a hint of sweetness and a long fruit-filled finish.

Paper Planes 440ml

A cloudy floral full flavoured session IPA with mellow bitterness and a doughy light pepperiness. With a lingering spiral of tropical fruit, pine and sweet orange blossom descending into an effervescent finale.

Introducing a wild mash-up of the epic Trolltunga and beautiful Lemon Dream with our friends at the magnificant Buxton Brewery.

A vibrant, fruited sour IPA with intense lemon zest and tangy gooseberries, balanced by a light pale malt and wheat base. Tart and refreshing, with a clean, dry finish—perfectly fruity and dangerously drinkable.

Black Forest 5.6% 440ml

Brewed in collaboration with the good people of Anspach & Hobday, Black Forest is a dark and decadent stout paying homage to the 1970s classic dessert while hinting at the allure of its name. Layers of rich chocolate collide with sharp bursts of cherry, creating a beer that tempts you deeper with every sip. Cocoa husks from the artisans at Land Chocolate elevate the aroma with bold, bittersweet notes, all carried on a silky, full-bodied mouthfeel.

Entire Butt 500ml

An intricate blend of 14 malts and 4 hops, pouring dark mahogany with a creamy tan head, it delivers fruitcake and chocolate aromas, with raisin, coffee, and molasses flavours. A medium body and dry finish complete this quietly complex, historic porter, crafted for today.
