Darwins Origin 500ml

First brewed in 2009 to celebrate the bicentennial of Charles Darwin’s birth in our home town of Shrewsbury. A copper-coloured Bitter given an international twist with an eclectic mix of new and old-world hops that give the beer its distinctive lemony aroma and dry finish.

Lemon Dream 500ml

A shimmering golden ale that is brewed using organic lemons which adds beautifully subtle zesty aromas and a citrus filled fruity finish.

Hop Twister 500ml

With a palate that is fresh, piercing and focused, complemented by soft malt overtones and pronounced citrus flavours. A strong focus of taut, lemony, grapefruit on the finish which is balanced by a dry bitterness.

Golden Thread 500ml

A bright gold ale, using wheat, lager malt, and flavoured with an infusion of aroma hops. Clean and crisp to the palate with a hint of sweetness and a long fruit-filled finish.

Midnight Express 440ml

A beautifully poised pitch-black stout with a complex tapestry of rich, dark malts that are laden with mocha, bitter cocoa, and oats. The hop aroma is fresh, balanced, and spicy and drives a tantalisingly clean finish.

A special unfiltered and extra dry hopped version of our shimmering golden ale. Vegan friendly and lightly carbonated, it is brewed with organic lemons and a trio of hops to create a delightfully refreshing and wonderfully zesty, yet easy drinking beer.

Salopian X Oakham Symphonic 440ml

A delightful New England IPA brewed in collaboration with the OG’s of craft, Oakham Ales. Brimming with a quartet of hops (Mosaic Dynaboost, to amplify aroma, backed by Nelson Sauvin, Idaho 7, and Talus), abundant tropical, stone fruit, and citrus pine flavour prevail, across a bed of wheat and oats that provide a soft pillowy mouthfeel.

Two Cathedrals 440ml

Generously hopped with a trilogy of Centennial, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin, this sumptuous 5.6% American IPA is an escape into a tropical storm of Mango, Guava and Passionfruit, complemented by a balanced piney bitterness and solid malt backbone. The freshness engages and edges you towards a second term.

Trapeze 440ml

A crisp and refreshing New Zealand Pale brimming with a quartet of Kiwi hops – Nelson Sauvin, Moutere, Motueka and Nectaron – that delight with flavours of white grape, guava and pineapple and seamlessly layer over a granola-esque malt base.
