• Sabotage 5% 1 x 440ml – A refreshing DDH Pale hopped with Nectaron, Mosaic, and Simcoe. Delightful stone fruit and citrus aromas complement flavours of pineapple and grapefruit. Its gentle bitterness and soft pillowy mouthfeel make this a highly drinkable pale. Pours cloudy.
• Third Perspective 5.2% – A brand new beer and style for Salopian – Cold IPA. Fermented at a lower temperature using lager yeast and a trio of British hops – Harlequin, Olicana and the new experimental hop CF302 to deliver delicate notes of citrus, grapefruit, pine and passionfruit. It’s a clean, crisp and crushable yet delightfully hopped IPA.
• Midnight Express 5.2% 1 x 440ml – Pitch black with a complex tapestry of dark malts that are rich and laden with mocha, bitter cocoa and oats. The hop aroma is fresh, balanced and spicy which drives a tantalisingly clean finish.
• A choice of hat – either a Salopian Beanie in classic red or black, or a Salopian Bobble Hat.
