The final Black Range of 2022, Dark Web – a Black IPA that is the beer that never was. Originally due to debut in mid-March 2020 we racked a small amount in keg and cask and were about to package the rest in can, when the line broke down and we were told the part would take a couple of days to be replaced. And then the world stopped. A few kegs made it out to cellars, but sadly most of the brew was poured away and it was gone, until now. A truly delightful and intriguing Black IPA – close your eyes and the journey begins on a silky road with undertones of roasted grains and hints of freshly roasted arabica beans, luring you into an abundance of lavish spicy citrus and resinous pine. Hopped with a perfect balance of Centennial, Galaxy and Mosaic – this beer sets the standard for Salopian in 2023.

With its distinctive colour and body, Red Mist is a rich red multi-layered IPA with tropical fruit and a pine nose. A brand new 4.5% West Coast Pale hopped with Centennial, Herkules, and Talus that are meshed with a trio of malts to create a complex but very drinkable beer. Its bold hop aromas are followed by a balanced bitterness that gives way to delicious fruit and pine flavours that reward the drinker. One to enjoy!
