Shropshire Gold 3.8%

Golden, with a floral aroma and a full hoppy flavour that is balanced by a crisp dry maltiness and a rich finish.

Oracle 4.0%

A crisp, sparklingly sunflower gold ale with a striking hop profile. Dry and refreshing with a long citrus aromatic finish.

Darwins Origin 4.3%

Specially brewed ale for 2009 to celebrate the bicentennial of Charles Darwin’s birth in Shrewsbury. A copper coloured beer that evolves with a pronounced hop character and leads to a refined malt finish.

Hop Twister 4.5%

The palate is fresh, piercing and focused, with soft malt overtones and pronounced citrus flavours. A strong focus of taut, lemony, grapefruit on the finish which is balanced by a dry bitterness.

Lemon Dream 4.5%

A shimmering golden ale that is brewed using organic lemons which adds beautifully subtle zesty aromas and a citrus filled fruity finish.

Golden Thread 5%

A bright gold ale, using wheat, lager malt and flavoured with an infusion of aroma hops. Clean and crisp to the palate with a hint of sweetness and a long fruit-filled finish.

Auric 4.0%

A well hopped session IPA with a strong grapefruit aroma and a body filled with a quenching array of fruit rind, dried pine and sparkling lemon zest. Unfiltered and Vegan Friendly.

Lemon Dream UNFiLTERED 4.5%

A special unfiltered and extra dry hopped version of our shimmering golden ale. Vegan friendly and lightly carbonated, it is brewed with organic lemons and a trio of hops to create a delightfully refreshing and wonderfully zesty, yet easy drinking beer.

and finally our Black Range in 440ml cans…

Mynd: A wild mash-up of Trolltunga and Lemon Dream with our friends at the magnificent Buxton Brewery. Mynd is a vibrant, fruited sour IPA with intense lemon zest and tangy gooseberries, balanced by a light pale malt and wheat base. Tart and refreshing, with a clean, dry finish—perfectly fruity and dangerously drinkable.

Escalation: A crushable Session NEIPA brimming with a tidal wave of Simcoe, Idaho 7, Cryo Pop, and the new superhop, Krush—together conjuring a tropical cocktail of mango, guava, and kiwi, sprawled on a silken hammock of grain. A beer to sip as the sun melts into the sea: incandescent, dazzling, and gone too soon.

Please note – Auric, and Lemon Dream UNFiLTERED, serve with a hazy appearance as they are unfiltered and unfined. Escalation and Mynd present as opaque.
