The Full House of our Black Range – a pair of Sin Eater (7.2%), Paper Planes (4.6%), Kashmir (5.5%), Automaton (7%) Polygraph (7.4%) and Syzygy (5.3%) to share or keep both to yourself!
Sin Eater: A delicious debut for this vibrant and opaquely golden DDH Pale. A union of exquisite leaf hopping, and tantalising dry hopping all jammed into a fruit spread of pineapple, caramelised orange, and soft sweet mango. Superbly fluffy malts parachute a devilishly light bitterness.
Paper Planes – A cloudy floral full flavoured session IPA with mellow bitterness and a doughy light pepperiness. With a lingering spiral of tropical fruit, pine and sweet orange blossom descending into an effervescent finale.
Kashmir – An elegant strong Salopian version of an IPA. Citrus, pine, and tropical fruit engulf the palate and caress the senses. A dry body with an extremely long lingering finish.
Automaton – Oozing with Citra and Centennial hops, swathes of pine, lime & citrus leap across the palate of this big, bold, IPA. Topped with a crisp white head, this refreshing golden beer delves into a long clean finish with flavours lasting long into the memory.
Polygraph: A full flavoured Imperial Stout with toast, liquorice, hints of dark fruit, chocolate and mocha that are tempered by crisp tart bitterness and a smooth velvety texture.
Syzygy – si·zuh·jee – a brand new juicy DDH Pale lavishly hopped with Citra, Cascade and Vic Secret. With a luminous peachy opaque appearance, it is soft, with sweet mango and papaya upfront dusted with a decadent dousing orange rind. The cushioned synergy between malt and hops provides a balance that is almost indivisible.
Please note – Kashmir and Automaton serve with a hazy appearance as they are unfiltered and unfined. Syzygy serves with a naturally opaque appearance and Paper Planes with a cloudy appearance.
