A Full House of our Black Range – Honest Words (5.9%) x 3, peekaboo (4.7%) x 2, Kashmir (5.5%) x 3, Midnight Express (5.2%) x 2, and Paper Planes (4.6%) x 2.
peekaboo: A wonderfully drinkable 4.7% DDH Pale hopped with a delicious combination of Galaxy, Simcoe, Talus, and Vic Secret.Descend into a rabbit hole of sculptured flavours, as beautifully defined as classically poured tequila sunrise, with creamy orange with hints of lime and berries. The sweetness is tempered and soaked up by a dry cracker maltiness
Kashmir: An elegant strong Salopian version of an IPA. Citrus, pine, and tropical fruit engulf the palate and caress the senses. A dry body with an extremely long lingering finish.
Midnight Express: A beautifully poised pitch-black stout with a complex tapestry of rich, dark malts that are laden with mocha, bitter cocoa, and oats. The hop aroma is fresh, balanced, and spicy and drives a tantalisingly clean finish.
Paper Planes – A cloudy floral full flavoured session IPA with mellow bitterness and a doughy light pepperiness. With a lingering spiral of tropical fruit, pine and sweet orange blossom descending into an effervescent finale.
Please note – Kashmir and Honest Words serve with a hazy appearance as they are unfiltered and unfined. peekaboo and Paper Planes serve with a naturally opaque appearance.
