Syzygy – si·zuh·jee – a brand new juicy DDH Pale lavishly hopped with Citra, Cascade and Vic Secret.

With a luminous peachy opaque appearance, it is soft, with sweet mango and papaya upfront dusted with a decadent dousing orange rind. The cushioned synergy between malt and hops provides a balance that is almost indivisible.

Polygraph: A full flavoured Imperial Stout with toast, liquorice, hints of dark fruit, chocolate and mocha that are tempered by crisp tart bitterness and a smooth velvety texture.
