Then pubs often blended three beers at the bar – mild, aged, and strong – but brewers simplified this with a single, fully formed beer from one large cask, or butt. Salopian’s Entire Butt revives this heritage with an intricate blend of 14 malts and 4 hops, recreating this forgotten style . Pouring dark mahogany with a creamy tan head, it delivers fruitcake and chocolate aromas, with raisin, coffee, and molasses flavours. A medium body and dry finish complete this quietly complex, historic porter, crafted for today.
