A Full House of our Black Range to enjoy – Sabotage (5%) x2 , Borderland (5.%) x3, Altitude (5.2%) x3, Mynd (5.4%) x2, and Black Forest (5.6%) x2.

Sabotage: A refreshing DDH Pale hopped with Nectaron, Mosaic, and Simcoe. Delightful stone fruit and citrus aromas complement flavours of pineapple and grapefruit. Its gentle bitterness and soft pillowy mouthfeel make this a highly drinkable pale.

Borderland: An intoxicating Australian IPA, brewed in collaboration with the artisans at Polly’s. A triad of Galaxy, Eclipse, and Vic Secret cross the border to deliver an intense tropical bouquet of ripe pineapple, juicy passionfruit and citrus zest complemented by resinous pine for balance.

Altitude: Where East meets West. A crisp, juicy Mountain IPA with Simcoe and Strata bringing layers of dank pine and ripe strawberry, while Amarillo and Mosaic add bright notes of orange zest and tropical fruit. Intensely drinkable, a clean bitterness balances the juicy opening.

Mynd: A wild mash-up of Trolltunga and Lemon Dream with our friends at the magnificent Buxton Brewery. Mynd is a vibrant, fruited sour IPA with intense lemon zest and tangy gooseberries, balanced by a light pale malt and wheat base. Tart and refreshing, with a clean, dry finish—perfectly fruity and dangerously drinkable.

Black Forest: Brewed in collaboration with the good people of Anspach & Hobday, Black Forest is a dark and decadent stout paying homage to the 1970s classic dessert while hinting at the allure of its name. Layers of rich chocolate collide with sharp bursts of cherry, creating a beer that tempts you deeper with every sip. Cocoa husks from the artisans at Land Chocolate elevate the aroma with bold, bittersweet notes, all carried on a silky, full-bodied mouthfeel.

Please note – Borderland Altitude and Mynd serve with a hazy appearance. Sabotage presents with an opaque appearance.  Black Forest is dark, very dark.
