A Full House of our Black Range with a trio of each to enjoy –Kashmir (5.5%), White Whale (5.1%), Mynd (5.4%), and Black Forest (5.6%).
Kashmir: An elegant strong Salopian version of an IPA. Citrus, pine, and tropical fruit engulf the palate and caress the senses. A dry body with an extremely long lingering finish.
Mynd: A wild mash-up of Trolltunga and Lemon Dream with our friends at the magnificent Buxton Brewery. Mynd is a vibrant, fruited sour IPA with intense lemon zest and tangy gooseberries, balanced by a light pale malt and wheat base. Tart and refreshing, with a clean, dry finish—perfectly fruity and dangerously drinkable.
White Whale: A bold and intriguing White IPA where Belgian yeast meets a hop-charged intensity worthy of a modern IPA. Delicate clove and coriander spice dance with bursts of fresh orange zest, all layered over a vibrant citrus base from Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic, Simcoe and Centennial hops. Refreshing, complex, and just a little wild – proof that myth can become beer.
Black Forest 5.6%: Brewed in collaboration with the good people of Anspach & Hobday, Black Forest is a dark and decadent stout paying homage to the 1970s classic dessert while hinting at the allure of its name. Layers of rich chocolate collide with sharp bursts of cherry, creating a beer that tempts you deeper with every sip. Cocoa husks from the artisans at Land Chocolate elevate the aroma with bold, bittersweet notes, all carried on a silky, full-bodied mouthfeel.
Please note – Mynd and Kashmir serve with a hazy appearance. White Whale, present with an opaque appearance. Black Forest is dark, very dark. All the beers are unfiltered and unfined.
