Following the mash-up of the mighty Kashmir and the esteemed Jaipur to produce Kashpur, we are pleased to announce the next chapter in the Salopian X Thornbridge collaboration.

Autofiction: The second chapter in the collaboration series with our friends at Thornbridge – a 5% triple hopped NEIPA that utilises the wealth of experience from each brewery to create a delicious and very drinkable beer. Silky smooth and full bodied, a combination of Citra, Mosaic and Sabro develop big fruit aromas and flavours to give a juicy and rather satisfying experience.

Statuesque: A brand new 4.5% West Coast Pale hopped with Centennial and Talus that are meshed with a trio of malts to create a complex but very drinkable beer. Its bold hop aromas are followed by a balanced bitterness that gives way to delicious fruit and pine flavours that reward the drinker.

Slipstream: In time for the summer, this simply delightful fruit IPA returns. Brewed with a lavish assortment of fresh oranges complementing a heady mix of Mosaic and Centennial that resonates through hints of candied peel and sparkling orange blossom. Perfect.

Red Mist: With its distinctive colour and body, this is a rich red multi-layered IPA with tropical fruit and a pine nose. With tastes of spiced orange, citrus and a slight pepperiness followed by a finish that blossoms with leafy hops.

Dewdrops:  Triple-hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo, bold flavours of mango, citrus, and pineapple deliver a delicate tropical fruit vibrancy. This delicious NEIPA has a dry finish that is accentuated by the smooth mouthfeel and gentle bitterness.

Dark Web: A truly delightful and intriguing Black IPA – close your eyes and the journey begins on a silky road with undertones of roasted grains and hints of freshly roasted arabica beans, luring you into an abundance of lavish spicy citrus and resinous pine. Hopped with a perfect balance of Centennial, Galaxy, and Mosaic.
